📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote and sell Halo products in various retail outlets.
Ensure that our products are displayed attractively and are well-stocked on the shelves.
Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to provide insights for product improvement.
Build and maintain relationships with retail partners and customers.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales team.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner, both in person and on the phone.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, retail, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
Good knowledge of the retail industry and market trends.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
