📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize daily logistics operations, including order processing, delivery scheduling, and inventory management.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
• Collaborate with the sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and inventory management.
• Provide support and guidance to junior staff members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and inventory management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management best practices and techniques.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
