Field Collection Specialist - Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung)

Join PT Mitra Solusi Lelang, a leading financial services provider in Indonesia, as a Field Collection Specialist based in Bali. This contract role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic field environment while contributing to our mission of delivering efficient and effective debt collection services. As part of our team, you will be responsible for visiting clients in various locations across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, to collect outstanding debts.

In this role, you will use our proprietary software, DebtTrack, to manage and update client information, track payment progress, and communicate with clients. You will also be trained in our internal protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit clients in various locations across Bali to collect outstanding debts.
• Use DebtTrack software to manage and update client information, track payment progress, and communicate with clients.
• Follow internal protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
• Report on collection activities and outcomes to the team and management.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and industry standards.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using Microsoft Office and DebtTrack software.
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations across Bali.
