📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the IT product market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track sales performance and customer interactions.
• Monitor and report on sales metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Participate in trade shows and industry events to showcase our products and network with potential clients.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the IT hardware industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the IT product industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and other CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
• Certification in sales management or a related field is a plus.
