📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide tax advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and optimization strategies.
  • Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
  • Conduct tax audits and investigations, and provide recommendations for resolving tax issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training to team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective implementation of tax strategies.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for clients and management, communicating complex tax concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Participate in tax planning and strategy meetings, providing input and recommendations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax consulting or a related field.
  • Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian is required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
