🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.,Proven track record of successful team management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.,Experience in a similar role in the hospitality or service industry is a plus.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
