📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.,Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of tables and dining areas.,Provide information about the menu and specials to guests.,Handle food and beverage orders, and ensure timely delivery.,Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education.,Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.,Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Willingness to work weekends and holidays.,Basic knowledge of English is a plus.,Ability to stand for long periods of time.
