📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and processing payments accurately and efficiently.,Prepare and serve a variety of premium bubble tea drinks and other beverages to customers.,Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including cleaning tables, equipment, and restrooms as needed.,Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and reporting any shortages to the manager.,Uphold company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines.,Promote our brand and products to customers, both in person and through social media platforms.,Handle cash transactions accurately and securely, including making change, handling customer complaints, and resolving any issues that may arise.,Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.,Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor, with a passion for creating happy customers.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and trends in the beverage industry.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
