📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conducting market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Managing the sales pipeline and forecasting sales performance.
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Collaborating with the marketing and product teams to promote and sell products.
  • Providing regular sales reports and updates to management.
  • Participating in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills and knowledge.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
