📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations, including inventory, staffing, and customer service.,Support the Store Manager in implementing sales strategies and promotions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Assist in resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of store plans and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to travel to the store location as needed.
