As a Legal and Compliance Officer at Panin Sekuritas, you will be responsible for overseeing the legal and regulatory framework that governs our operations. You will work closely with senior management to ensure that all activities comply with applicable laws and regulations, including those set forth by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) and the Indonesian Securities Commission (Komisi Sekuritas Indonesia). Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the complex landscape of financial regulations in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Ensure compliance with Indonesia's financial regulations, including those related to capital adequacy, risk management, and customer protection.
• Oversee the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial transactions and operations to identify and mitigate risks.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to the management team on complex regulatory issues.
• Monitor changes in regulations and ensure that the organization is prepared to adapt to new requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective communication.
• Train and mentor staff on legal and compliance matters to ensure a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
• Prepare and present reports to the board of directors and other stakeholders on the organization's compliance status and any regulatory developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal and compliance roles within the financial services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesia's financial regulations, including those related to capital adequacy, risk management, and customer protection.
• Strong understanding of the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) and the Indonesian Securities Commission (Komisi Sekuritas Indonesia) regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex legal and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
• Certification in legal or compliance-related fields is a plus.
