Lingkungan Sari Dental Clinic is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead F&B Service to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage service operations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the F&B service, including ordering, inventory, and staff scheduling.,Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction by monitoring and addressing customer feedback and complaints.,Train and develop F&B staff to maintain high standards of service and food quality.,Maintain accurate records of all F&B transactions and expenses.,Collaborate with the clinic management to develop and implement F&B service strategies that align with the clinic's goals and objectives.,Promote and upsell F&B products and services to increase revenue.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for food service operations.,Manage and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the F&B service area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in the F&B service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing F&B service operations and improving service quality.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and best practices.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations for food service operations.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
