Join us as a Land Acquisition & Development Manager in Jakarta Barat and lead critical initiatives in this growing industry. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and developing land assets that meet the specific needs of our renewable energy projects.
As a Land Acquisition & Development Manager, you'll work closely with our project teams to ensure that all land assets are suitable for development, compliant with local regulations, and ready for construction. You'll also be responsible for managing relationships with landowners, negotiating deals, and overseeing the development process from start to finish.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Identify, acquire, and develop land assets for large-scale renewable energy projects
- Conduct due diligence on potential land assets to ensure they meet project requirements
- Negotiate and manage land acquisition agreements with landowners
- Oversee the development of land assets, including clearing, grading, and infrastructure preparation
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards
- Manage relationships with landowners, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure land assets are ready for construction
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, and report progress to senior management
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Land Management, Real Estate, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in land acquisition and development, with a focus on renewable energy projects
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian land laws and regulations
- Experience with GIS software, such as ArcGIS or QGIS
- Proven track record of successful land acquisition and development projects
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership and team management skills
