📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert advice and recommendations on health and beauty products to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
• Educate customers on the latest trends, benefits, and usage of health and beauty products, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation for the products.
• Assist customers in selecting the most suitable products based on their individual needs, skin types, hair concerns, and lifestyle.
• Upsell and cross-sell complementary products to increase the value of each customer transaction.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and inviting store environment, adhering to Watsons’ standards and guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product launches, and promotions to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the store.
• Promote and participate in in-store events, workshops, and promotions to engage customers and drive sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the health and beauty industry.
• Strong knowledge of health and beauty products, including their benefits, ingredients, and usage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Proficient in using POS (Point of Sale) systems and other retail software, such as Watsons’ in-house systems.
• Familiarity with the latest trends and innovations in the health and beauty industry.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict sales targets.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passionate about health and wellness, with a genuine desire to help others achieve their beauty and self-care goals.
