📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive site surveys to identify optimal locations for fiber-optic infrastructure.
• Design and optimize FTTH network layouts using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Utilize GIS software to analyze geographical data and plan network expansion.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective implementation of FTTH projects.
• Perform network testing and troubleshooting to maintain high-quality service standards.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in fiber-optic networks.
• Provide technical support and guidance to field engineers during installation.
• Document all survey and design activities for future reference and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in FTTH survey and design, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS software.
• Strong knowledge of fiber-optic technologies and network design principles.
• Certification in FTTH or related fiber-optic technologies is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
