📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and implement daily lessons and activities aligned with Indonesia's early childhood education curriculum.
• Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for preschool and kindergarten students.
• Assess and monitor students' progress, providing individual and group feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with the educational team to develop and implement educational programs and initiatives.
• Use Montessori principles, play-based learning, and interactive technology to enhance the learning experience.
• Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, behavior, and academic progress.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and team-building activities.
• Promote a positive and inclusive school culture, fostering respect, diversity, and teamwork among students and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching preschool and kindergarten students.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesia's early childhood education curriculum and teaching methods.
• Experience with Montessori principles, play-based learning, and interactive technology.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators.
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
• First Aid and CPR certification (preferred but not required).
