📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement strategies that improve productivity and profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to develop and implement new initiatives.
  • Ensure that all employees are trained and equipped with the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all regulatory and legal requirements are met.
  • Develop and implement a safety and quality management system.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of operations management principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian.
  • Experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
