📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage HR functions including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
• Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and enhance employee experience
• Oversee payroll processing using SAP SuccessFactors and ensure compliance with local labor laws
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analyze data to drive improvements
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
• Manage HRIS systems, including BambooHR, to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with senior leadership to address HR challenges and propose innovative solutions
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including health and safety standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in managing HR functions in a retail or corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Proven ability to lead and mentor HR teams
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
