Pro Link Unggul is seeking a dedicated Deputy Banquet Staff to join our team in Cirebon. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our banquet events run smoothly and leave a lasting impression on our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, including venue selection, catering, and guest accommodations.,Manage event logistics, such as guest lists, seating arrangements, and event schedules.,Work closely with the banquet staff to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.,Assist in the preparation and execution of event decorations, floral arrangements, and other visual elements.,Monitor event budgets and expenses, ensuring they are managed efficiently and within allocated funds.,Assist in the preparation of event reports and follow-up communications with clients.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event management software and tools is a plus.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
