As a Contract Management Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our construction projects, ensuring that all contracts are accurately prepared, reviewed, and managed. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong understanding of legal and construction processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and review of contracts and agreements for construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for all contracts.
• Coordinate with legal and project teams to resolve any contract-related issues.
• Manage contract documentation and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Support the contract administration process, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of contract templates and standard clauses.
• Provide administrative support to the contract management team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in contract management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in contract management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian and international construction laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
