Atlassian & Jira Administrator - Remote from Bali

Join NYGC Services, Inc. as an Atlassian & Jira Administrator and play a pivotal role in optimizing our project management and collaboration tools. This hybrid role (3 days RTO) allows you to work from the vibrant hubs of Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, while maintaining a strong connection to our remote team.

As an Atlassian & Jira Administrator, you will be responsible for configuring, managing, and troubleshooting our Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools to ensure seamless project management and collaboration across our organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, contributing to the success of our projects while enjoying the beauty and culture of Bali.

In this role, you will work closely with our development, design, and business teams to implement and customize our Atlassian suite, ensuring that our tools are tailored to meet the specific needs of our projects. You will also be responsible for providing training and support to our team members, helping them to maximize the benefits of our project management and collaboration tools.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools to ensure seamless project management and collaboration.
• Implement and customize Atlassian suite to meet the specific needs of our projects.
• Provide training and support to team members to maximize the benefits of our project management and collaboration tools.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of our Atlassian tools, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with development, design, and business teams to integrate Atlassian tools into our workflows.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in project management and collaboration tools.
• Ensure the security and compliance of our Atlassian tools, following best practices and industry standards.
• Work closely with our remote team to maintain a strong connection and ensure effective communication and collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as an Atlassian Administrator or a similar role.
• Certification in Atlassian Administrator or a related certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
