📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.,Maintain a well-stocked and organized retail space to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.,Promote products and services through various marketing activities and initiatives.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure product availability.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
