📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening job applicants.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' qualifications.,Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.,Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager to develop and implement recruitment strategies.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
