📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Train and develop customer service agents to ensure they meet high service standards.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure customer service is delivered to the highest standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate customer service performance.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to customer service agents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service quality.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of customer service strategies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or training roles.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and quality assurance techniques.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Proven track record of training and developing customer service agents.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
