📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
