📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the entire payroll process, including processing salaries, bonuses, and other compensation.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
  • Handle employee relations, including disputes and grievances.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Provide HR support to managers and employees.
  • Conduct regular payroll audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Stay updated with changes in labor laws and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll and benefits.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience with payroll software is a plus.
