📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate office administrative tasks, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting planning.,Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office equipment, facilities, and supplies.,Handle office supplies inventory, ordering, and replenishment.,Assist in the organization and coordination of office events and activities.,Provide support to the management team in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Oversee the security and safety of the office premises.,Provide general support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a General Affairs or Administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
