📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the design and construction of architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Develop and implement architectural strategies that align with the company's vision and meet client requirements.
• Manage and mentor a team of architectural engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered according to specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the architectural field, and incorporate them into your work.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that projects are being executed according to plan.
• Prepare and present project reports, including cost estimates, schedules, and other relevant information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• A degree in Architecture or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural engineering, with a focus on project management and supervision.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering high-profile architectural projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Knowledge of Indonesian building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
