📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure high-quality kebabs are produced efficiently.,Manage and train production staff to maintain quality and productivity standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to meet production targets.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and quality control.,Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the production area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food production industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and quality control processes.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using basic computer software and equipment.,Valid food handler's permit.
