ZAP Indonesia is looking for a talented Learning Development Specialist to join our team in Balikpapan. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.
  • Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and presentations.
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness to continuously improve learning programs.
  • Facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing support to learners.
  • Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand training requirements and provide recommendations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate learning technologies and tools to enhance the learning experience.
  • Measure and report on the impact of training programs to demonstrate their value and ROI.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or instructional design.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design theories.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and multimedia development tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
