📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Oversee kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and develop junior kitchen staff.,Assist in menu planning and cost control.,Participate in kitchen meetings and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines is a plus.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handler's certificate or equivalent.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
