📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical equipment suppliers.
• Manage and execute business development initiatives, including market research, competitor analysis, and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services to target audiences.
• Represent Adecco at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.
• Strong understanding of the medical and healthcare industry, including Urology and Endoscopy.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
